Can I purchase this without a Branding Kit?
No. This service is available with Themesrush Branding Kits only. Your Branding Kit must be purchased before this service can begin.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, brand colors in HEX codes, fonts if different from standard Canva options, all text content, and any images you want added. Work cannot begin until all assets are received.
What format will the final file be in?
You will receive the final editable Canva file, shared directly with your Canva account. Exported files such as PNG or PDF are not included in this service.
Is one revision included?
Yes. After delivery, one revision is included for minor adjustments. Additional revisions beyond that are not covered.
How long does customization take?
Customization is completed within 2 business days once all your assets have been received, not from the date of purchase.
What access do I need to provide?
After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure form. You will need to share your Canva account email so the final file can be shared directly with you, along with all your branding assets.
Can I edit the file myself after delivery?
